Meet The Owner

Hi, I’m Daniela Brandao, the proud owner of Pure Wax and Lasha Day spa a place built on passion, care, and dedication. I’ve been in the beauty industry since I was 19, and from the very beginning, I fell in love with this craft. What started as a job quickly became my purpose — helping people feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin.

My goal has always been to give my absolute best to every client who walks through our doors. I’m blessed to have an amazing team who shares the same vision of creating a welcoming, professional, and uplifting experience for everyone we serve.

Outside of the spa, I’m grateful for my incredible husband Erick, my number one supporter, and our two wonderful sons Enzo and Milo who inspire me every single day. They remind me why I work hard and continue to grow — not only as a professional but also as a person.

I’m truly thankful for how far I’ve come and excited for what’s ahead — learning, growing, and continuing to make people feel their best inside and out.

Maria has worked in a few different salons in Connecticut. She is licensed in both waxing and eyelash lifts with 7+ years of experience.

Johanna has 3+ years of experience and is licensed waxer for full body women and upper body for men.

Jasmine is licensed in eyelash extensions and eyelash lifts with 3+ years of experience.

Michaelanne, also known as Mikey, is a licensed lash extensions artist for 2 years and is a licensed cosmetologist! Making people feel good about themselves is the most rewarding aspect of her career!

Heidi is a licensed esthetician and has 9+ years of waxing experience including full body for women and upper body for men.

Samantha graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2017 with a degree in business management and a minor in marketing.
